As the central holding entity, it oversees the development and coordination of all subsidiaries while managing investments and guiding the group’s expansion across real estate and related sectors.

Destani Real Estate is the real estate brokerage and advisory division of the group. The company specializes in the acquisition, marketing, and brokerage of residential, commercial, and investment properties. Through a strong network of investors, developers, and property owners, Destani Real Estate operates both on-market and off-market, with a particular focus on exclusive off-market opportunities and investment-grade assets.

Destani Ventures represents the construction and development arm of the Destani Group. Operating as a general contractor, the company manages construction projects from the planning phase through to completion. Destani Ventures coordinates all construction trades and delivers projects turnkey (“schlüsselfertig”), ensuring efficient execution, quality workmanship, and reliable project delivery.
